CONDITIONS OF SALE

Scope

These Conditions of Sale apply to purchases made through our online Platforms or our Care Team (the “Sales Channels”). Sales concluded at exhibitions or through authorized retailers are governed by their own terms.

Account Registration & Guest Checkout

You may place an order either by creating an online account or by using guest checkout. Guest purchases are recorded in our internal system to support order servicing.

Orders & Confirmation

Once your order and payment are confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders placed by bank wire transfer are processed only after funds are received.

Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. For security, we may request additional identification. Bank wire transfer may be accepted at our discretion. If wire funds are not received within seven (7) days, the order will be canceled.

Currency
All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted.

Shipping

  • Domestic Shipping: Free overnight delivery within the United States via FedEx. Packages are fully insured. After your order is placed, our team will contact you to arrange delivery.
  • International Shipping: Flat rate of $50 worldwide. Orders ship within two (2) business days of payment clearance. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days. Packages are fully insured for loss, theft, or damage during transit via FedEx. We also provide free international shipping promotions periodically. Customers are responsible for local customs duties and taxes. FedEx will notify you of any import fees payable upon arrival in your country.

Return Policy

Enjoy a 3-day home trial period to experience your jewelry. If you decide to return it, simply notify us within the 3 calendar day period and we will provide a prepaid return label and instructions. The item must be shipped out or dropped off within the 3-day window and returned in its original condition. Once received and inspected, we will issue a full refund.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the order.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Governing Law

These Conditions of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Santa Barbara County, California.

Entire Agreement

These Conditions of Sale, together with referenced policies, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding your order.
